Ingredients
- 1 cup
cooked rice
- 2 cups
milk
- 1/3
cup sugar
- 1/4
teaspoon salt
- 1
teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2
teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. In a
saucepan, combine cooked rice, milk, sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat,
stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
2.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
3. Spoon
into serving dishes and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
4. Serve
warm or chilled.
