Instructions:
In a
pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp until pink and cooked
through. In a large bowl, combine salad greens, sliced avocado, cherry
tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black
pepper. Toss to combine. Top with cooked shrimp and crumbled feta cheese before
serving.
