Hot and Sour Tasty Fried Rice (Chinese Style) Recipe





Ingredients:

 

Cooked rice

Mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

Diced chicken or tofu

Soy sauce

Sesame oil

Eggs

Green onions, chopped

Instructions:

 

Heat oil in a pan, add diced chicken/tofu, and stir-fry until cooked.

Push the chicken/tofu to the side, add beaten eggs, scramble, and mix with chicken/tofu.

Add mixed vegetables, cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well.

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
