Quick Karachi Biryani Recipe Pakistani



Ingredients:

 

Basmati rice

Chicken, yogurt, onions

Tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste

Biryani masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander

Fresh mint and cilantro

Ghee, salt

Instructions:

 

Sauté onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and spices. Cook until oil separates.

Add chicken and yogurt, and cook until chicken is tender.

Layer partially cooked rice over the chicken, sprinkle with mint and cilantro, and drizzle with ghee.

Cover and cook on low heat until the rice is fully cooked and flavors meld together.
