Tasty Sushi Rice (Japanese) Recipe



Ingredients:

 

Sushi rice

Rice vinegar, sugar, salt

Nori (seaweed) sheets

Fish (like salmon, and tuna), avocado, cucumber

Soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger

Instructions:

 

Cook sushi rice and let it cool. Mix with a mixture of rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.

Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat, wet your hands, and spread a thin layer of rice on the nori.

Add strips of fish, avocado, and cucumber.

Roll the sushi tightly and slice it into bite-sized pieces. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
