Tasty Coconut Macaroons Recipe



Ingredients

- 3 cups shredded coconut

- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 large egg whites

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

 

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.

3. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form.

4. Gently fold the egg whites into the coconut mixture.

5. Drop tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the macaroons are golden brown.

7. Allow to cool before serving.
