Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- Zest of 1 lemon

- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Beat in the vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

4. Gradually add the flour and mix until the dough comes together
