Peach Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

 


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup diced peaches
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, mix rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in the diced peaches.
  5. Form Cookies: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool and Serve: Let the cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.
