Instant Blueberry Chia Jam Recipe

 


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Cook Blueberries: In a saucepan, cook the blueberries over medium heat until they start to break down.
  2. Add Chia Seeds: Stir in chia seeds, honey, and lemon juice.
  3. Simmer: Simmer for about 10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  4. Cool: Let the jam cool completely before transferring to a jar.
  5. Refrigerate: Store in the refrigerator and use within 1-2 weeks.
