Recipe for Baked Sweet Potato and Kale Salad






Ingredients for Baked Kale and Sweet Potato Salad

500g of sweet potatoes

Pumpkin seeds, in the amount of 100 grams

2. Tomatoes

1 lemon

4 rosemary branches

ground black pepper, 3 tablespoons

kale, 500 grams

Almonds, thinly cut and slivered 100 grams

One tablespoon of smoked paprika

1 kilogram of goat cheese

three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and sea salt, to taste


Instructions for Making Baked Sweet Potato and Kale Salad


To prepare this delicious salad, start with a thorough rinse under cold running water of the sweet potatoes, kale, and tomatoes. On a fresh cutting board, dice the sweet potatoes and chop the tomatoes. Following that, mince the goat and shred the kale.
