Ingredients:

 

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, etc.), sliced

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Green onions, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

 

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for a minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add mixed vegetables, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
