Ingredients:

 

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Corn or flour tortillas

Cabbage slaw, avocado slices, and cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:

 

In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Warm tortillas and fill with shrimp, top with cabbage slaw, avocado slices, and cilantro.
