Tasty Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta Quick Recipe

 


Ingredients:

 

8 oz linguine or spaghetti

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh basil, chopped, for garnish

Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions:

 

Cook pasta according to package instructions. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and shrimp, sauté until shrimp turn pink. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture. Garnish with fresh basil and grated Parmesan before serving.
