Healthy Yummy Seafood Shrimp and Broccoli Skillet recipe

 


Ingredients:

 

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 cups broccoli florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup chicken broth

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions:

 

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and shrimp, cook until shrimp turn pink. Add broccoli florets, chicken broth, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cover and cook until broccoli is tender. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving.
