Ingredients:
Chicken
thighs
Rice,
chicken broth, tomatoes
Onion,
garlic, bell peppers
Saffron,
cumin, paprika, oregano
Peas,
olives, cilantro
Instructions:
Brown
chicken in a pan. Remove and sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers.
Add

Stir in
