Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream

- 1 cup whole milk

- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

- 1/2 cup cookie dough chunks (store-bought or homemade)

 

Instructions

1. Mix cream, milk, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn.

3. In the last few minutes of churning, add the chocolate chips and cookie dough chunks.

4. Freeze the ice cream in an airtight container until firm.
