Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 3/4 cup powdered sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Graham cracker crumbs for topping

 

Instructions

1. Toss strawberries with lemon juice and set aside.

2. In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

3. Fold in the strawberries.

4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn.

5. Serve topped with graham cracker crumbs.
