Ingredients:

Juice of
2 oranges
1/4 cup
white vinegar
Salt, to
taste
Instructions:
Blend
mangoes, habanero peppers, orange juice, vinegar, and salt until smooth. Strain
the sauce for a silky texture. Bottle and refrigerate.
