Ingredients

cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4
cup granulated sugar
- 1
packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1/2
teaspoon salt
- 1 cup
warm milk
- 1/4
cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1
teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3
cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2
teaspoons ground cinnamon
**Instructions:**
1. In a
bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt.
2. Add
warm milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead
the dough on a floured surface until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover,
and let it rise until doubled in size.
4. Punch
down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
5. Mix
brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the dough and roll it up.
6. Place
in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
7. Bake
at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes. Cool before slicing.
