Tasty Instant Banana Nut Bread Recipe

 


Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

- 1/3 cup melted butter

- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1 egg, beaten

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- Pinch of salt

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

2. Mix mashed bananas and melted butter in a bowl.

3. Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.

4. Add baking soda and salt. Stir in flour until just incorporated.

5. Fold in chopped nuts.

6. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
