Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1/2 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Blend mangoes, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn.
3. Freeze the ice cream until it's scoopable.
