Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream

- 1 cup whole milk

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

- Green food coloring (optional)

- 1 cup chocolate chips

 

Instructions

1. Mix cream, milk, sugar, and peppermint extract until well combined. Add green food coloring if desired.

2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn.

3. In the last few minutes of churning, add the chocolate chips.

4. Freeze the ice cream until it reaches the desired consistency.
