Tasty Quick Congee (Chinese Rice Porridge) Recipe



Ingredients:

 

Rice

Chicken or vegetable broth

Ginger, garlic

Toppings: green onions, boiled egg, fried shallots, soy sauce, sesame oil

Instructions:

 

Cook rice in broth with ginger and garlic until it breaks down and becomes porridge-like.

Remove ginger and garlic. Adjust consistency with more broth if needed.
