Ingredients:
8 dried
ancho chilies, stems, and seeds were removed, and soaked in hot water for 20 minutes
1/2 cup
bourbon whiskey
2 cloves
garlic

tablespoons brown sugar
Salt, to
taste
Instructions:
Blend
soaked ancho chilies, bourbon whiskey, garlic, brown sugar, and salt until
smooth. Cook in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Cool and bottle.
