Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, pressed and cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
2. Coat tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry tofu until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
