- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds, toasted (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preparing the Vegetables:
- Thoroughly wash and drain the spinach. Chop it roughly if the leaves are large.
- Slice the mushrooms and thinly slice the onion.
2. Stir-Frying the Ingredients:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced onions and cook until they become translucent.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and stir-fry until they are tender and have released their moisture.
3. Adding the Spinach and Seasoning:

- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted and tender.
4. Serving:

- Serve hot as a side dish with rice or noodles.
Tips:
- For added flavor, you can include a small amount of grated ginger along with the garlic.
- To make the dish more substantial, add sliced bell peppers or tofu during the stir-frying process.
