Ingredients:
- 1 lb turkey tenderloins
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Coat turkey tenderloins with the yogurt mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Brown turkey on all sides.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until fully cooked.
- Serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
