Healthy Food Yogurt Marinated Turkey Tenderloins Recipe

 



Ingredients:

  • 1 lb turkey tenderloins
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat turkey tenderloins with the yogurt mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Brown turkey on all sides.
  5. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until fully cooked.
  6. Serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
