Ingredients:
- 8 lamb chops
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, mint, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Coat lamb chops with the yogurt mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes per side, until desired doneness.
- Serve with a side of couscous or quinoa.
