Super Yogurt and Mint Marinated Lamb Chops Recipe with Nutrient Table

 


Ingredients:

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, mint, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat lamb chops with the yogurt mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes per side, until desired doneness.
  5. Serve with a side of couscous or quinoa.
