Yummy Healthy Orange Almond Muffins Recipe

 


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, mix almond flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix orange juice, honey, melted coconut oil, and orange zest.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Bake: Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool and Serve: Let the muffins cool on a wire rack before serving.
