Instant Super Healthy Yogurt and Herb Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe

 



Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon zest, dill, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the yogurt mixture.
  4. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken breasts on both sides.
  6. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until fully cooked.
  7. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a light salad.
