Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp tandoori spice mix
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori spice mix, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add beef cubes and marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread beef onto skewers.
- Grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until desired doneness.
- Serve with a side of raita and naan bread.
