Tasty Healthy Super Food Greek Yogurt Marinated Chicken Skewers Recipe

 



Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
  6. Serve with a side of tzatziki sauce and a fresh salad.
