Yummy Healthy Bread and Coconut Balls Recipe with Nutrient Table

 


Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread, crusts removed
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions:

  1. Crumble the bread slices in a bowl.
  2. Add shredded coconut, condensed milk, and chopped nuts.
  3. Mix well until the mixture binds together.
  4. Roll into small balls.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
