Healthy Super Food Rusk Apple Crumble Recipe with Nutrient Table

 


Ingredients:

  • 4 rusks, crushed
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss the diced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the apples and sprinkle crushed rusks on top.
  4. Mix oats and honey and sprinkle over the rusks.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
