Ingredients:
- 4 rusks, crushed
- 2 apples, diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss the diced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon.
- In a baking dish, layer the apples and sprinkle crushed rusks on top.
- Mix oats and honey and sprinkle over the rusks.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Serve warm.
