Tasty Super Food Chickpea and Avocado Salad Healthy Recipe

 



Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, avocados, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Season: Add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
  3. Serve immediately.
