Tasty Almond Poppy Seed Bread Recipe


 

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 3/4 cup vegetable oil

- 3 eggs

- 1 teaspoon almond extract

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

- 1/2 cup chopped almonds

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

3. In another bowl, mix sugar, oil, eggs, almond extract, and vanilla extract.

4. Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with milk. Stir in poppy seeds and chopped almonds.

5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
