Healthy Rusk Tiramisu Recipe

 


Ingredients:

  • 6 rusks, crushed
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Mix mascarpone cheese and honey until smooth.
  2. Dip crushed rusks in coffee and layer in serving dishes.
  3. Top with mascarpone mixture.
  4. Repeat layers and finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
  5. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
