Ingredients:
- 6 rusks, crushed
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
- Mix mascarpone cheese and honey until smooth.
- Dip crushed rusks in coffee and layer in serving dishes.
- Top with mascarpone mixture.
- Repeat layers and finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
