Ingredients
- 2 ripe
bananas, mashed
- 1 cup
rolled oats
- 1/4
cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4
cup raisins or dark chocolate chips
- 1/2
teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2
teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix
mashed bananas, oats, applesauce, raisins (or chocolate chips), cinnamon, and
vanilla extract in a bowl.
3. Drop
spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
4. Bake
for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
