Super Healthy Food Mango Chia Pudding Recipe

 


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, mix almond milk, chia seeds, and honey.
  2. Refrigerate: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Prepare Mango Puree: Blend fresh mango to make the puree.
  4. Layer the Pudding: In serving glasses, layer the chia pudding with mango puree.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh mango chunks and serve chilled.
