Healthy Rusk and Nut Brittle Recipe with Nutrient Table

 


Ingredients:

  • 4 rusks, crushed
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat honey until it bubbles.
  2. Add crushed rusks and mixed nuts.
  3. Stir well and spread onto a lined baking sheet.
  4. Let cool completely and break into pieces.
