Full Healthy Bread Fruit Salad Cups Recipe with Nutrient Table

 


Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 1 cup mixed fruit (berries, kiwi, mango)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Cut bread slices into circles and press into muffin tins to form cups.
  2. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes until crispy.
  3. Mix mixed fruit with honey.
  4. Fill each bread cup with Greek yogurt and top with fruit mixture.
  5. Serve immediately.
