Ingredients:
- 4 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1 cup mixed fruit (berries, kiwi, mango)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions:
- Cut bread slices into circles and press into muffin tins to form cups.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes until crispy.
- Mix mixed fruit with honey.
- Fill each bread cup with Greek yogurt and top with fruit mixture.
- Serve immediately.
