Tasty Raspberry Banana Bread Recipe

 


Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, honey, and melted coconut oil.
  3. Add Dry Ingredients: Add whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in Raspberries: Gently fold in fresh raspberries.
  5. Bake: Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Serve: Slice and serve.
