Healthy Rusk Energy Bars Recipe with Nutrient Table

 


Ingredients:

  • 6 rusks, crushed
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed rusks, almond butter, honey, cranberries, and sunflower seeds until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
  4. Cut into bars and serve.
