Yummy Healthy Bread Pudding Bites Recipe with Nutrient Table

 


Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread, cubed
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  3. Add the bread cubes to the milk mixture and let soak for 10 minutes.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving.
