Instant Super Healthy Rusk and Yogurt Parfait Recipe with Nutrient Table

 


Ingredients:

  • 4 rusks, crushed
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries

Instructions:

  1. Crush the rusks into small pieces and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
  3. In serving glasses, layer crushed rusks, yogurt mixture, and mixed berries.
  4. Repeat the layers and finish with a few berries on top.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
